Nina Asusa, Broker

Nina's journey in real estate began in the early 1990's where her passion for real-estate quickly grew from an investor and home renovator, to where she is today. In 2006*, Nina launched her full-time real estate career and quickly found herself helping her clients, who many became friends, achieve not just any lifestyle, but the lifestyle they wanted for themselves. Her model was and always will be ''Don't follow someone else's story; create your own story, create your own lifestyle, because 'home is where your story begins.'''  From a single realtor, to developing a strong team of realtors she personally mentored and later owning a real estate brokerage firm, Nina's focus remained the same. She continues to channel her high energy and extensive experience into understanding her client's needs and wants, and in helping them in their real estate journey. Nina's greatest honour is the trust others grant her when welcoming her in their life's journey.

The September numbers for the Greater Toronto Area are out!

With a brighter and more secure tomorrow on the horizon, and with the Covid-19 pandemic slowing down, you can rest assured that market prices are gaining momentum once again!

When comparing this year's sales to last year, sales are down by half, with 45 sales in 2021 compared to 2020's stable sales statistics of 89.

Don't let this mislead you, although sales may have dropped, the situation in Bradford is drastically improving as the prices have increased by over $260,000 with no sign of stopping!

As this might seem as bad news for some potential home buyers, it is a sign that buying a home at this moment can save you hundreds of thousands of dollars compared to buying a home in the next couple of months, much less next year!

Bradford will gain in value as prices rise, the market expands, and the Covid-19 crisis that hit us in 2020 is overcome.

According to The County of Simcoe, Bradford will be holding an Expert Speaker Series which will be focused on business. Seeing as this is a valuable step towards expanding workplaces and living standards within Bradford, this might be a sign to consider Bradford as your new home.  This community seems to have a bright future ahead, and you can be a part of it while it grows and flourishes.

The Bradford real estate market has made a huge leap forward with the year 2021!

The total sales of existing-home last year in 2020 was almost $474M. If that shocks you, this year is almost a staggering $807M! This shows a value increase of almost 50% within one year of uncertainty and instability. Having this shows us that we can look forward to great things in the future and making your first step today could be a step towards security and a lifelong investment!

Looking at the chart below, it's clear that prices in the Bradford Community are on the rise. In January 2021, prices in the community were $991,559, and in the space of several months, those prices rose by 12.02 percent, or $135,535. That is an increase of $15,059 per month!

Bradford is an area where you can plan for the future and a happy fulfilling life in whatever way that is achieved for you.  Also, did you know that Bradford might be one of the best areas to plan your retirement?  The community has one of the best retirement facilities, with fitness classes, a walking club, guest speakers, live entertainment, and much more!
