Nina's journey in real estate began in the early 1990's where her passion for real-estate quickly grew from an investor and home renovator, to where she is today. We're UP for the 4th month in a row. The average selling price last month was $1,088,311 - OVER 5% INCREASE over March. Doesn't seem like prices will slip backwards anytime soon, so those sitting on the fence take note and decide when is the right time to make an offer.

660 sales through TRREB’s MLS® System in April 2023.
974 new listings - up on a month-over-month basis, but not by much.
The average and median sale price for all home types combined is up.
Average sale to listing price is at 103%

As our GTA Market Report signaled...the limited inventory of homes available for resale is causing a surge in demand, resulting in competition amongst buyers. This means good news for sellers with the fewer days required to sell and often above asking prices.
