Nina's journey in real estate began in the early 1990's where her passion for real-estate quickly grew from an investor and home renovator, to where she is today. In 2006*, Nina launched her full-time real estate career and quickly found herself helping her clients, who many became friends, achieve not just any lifestyle, but the lifestyle they wanted for themselves. Her model was and always will be ''Don't follow someone else's story; create your own story, create your own lifestyle, because 'home is where your story begins.'''  From a single realtor, to developing a strong team of realtors she personally mentored and later owning a real estate brokerage firm, Nina's focus remained the same. She continues to channel her high energy and extensive experience into understanding her client's needs and wants, and in helping them in their real estate journey. Nina's greatest honour is the trust others grant her when welcoming her in their life's journey.

Monica is a very cheerful, positive individual who joined The askNina Team in 2019. She has been instrumental in supporting the team, as a liaison with the brokerage, all to ensure that the home buying/selling client experiences are the best they can be.  Working behind the scenes, Monica has been hands-on creating processes and establishing systems that promote a streamlined and effective back end of office.  As a team player her calm and positive demeanor coupled with her warm, caring, and nurturing side perfectly compliments this team’s culture.  Monica has over 25 years of experience in administrative and managerial roles, in industries focused on patient care and giving the best treatment and follow up care.  Her experience translates well into the real estate industry, but specifically with The askNina Team’s focus on client care.  To use her love for helping people with a business that prioritizes relationships was a top priority for her and it explains why there is a mutual fit here.  What the team appreciates most about Monica is her loyalty, dedication, determination, and that all the team members and clients can trust her.  

In many ways one could say that The askNina Team’s supporting staff is at the heart of the team.  Not by simply handling all the listings and deals, but more importantly, by remembering that those “transactions” have real people involved.  They are the most important factor.  To Monica, “helping clients transition from one home to another where they’ll create memories that last a lifetime,” is the ultimate goal.
