Within a few minutes of meeting Indra, I knew she was a perfect fit for our team. In her demeanour, and in the little she said, I could tell that there was a fire waiting to burst! In a short interview, she exclaimed “Let’s go, I’m ready to start!”- and that fascinated me. Dynamic, committed, professional, honest and caring, I’m honoured to have her represent the AskNina team.

About Indra Krikstaponis, Sales Representative
Indra has been in the real estate profession for over a year. Her love for serving and helping people sparked her interest in the field, and her biggest desire is to provide the best service and care in assisting people with one of, if not the biggest purchase of their life- a home. She loves the fact that she’s able to meet new people every day. She’s constantly faced with new personalities, which brings on its own set of challenges, and in turn, allows her to use her creativity, ideas and experiences to communicate with them. She’s come to realize that treating clients like family and friends is the best way to form meaningful relationships.
When her clients are happy, she’s happy! She feels the most rewarded when clients refer their friends and family members, validating the fact that she provided them with incredible service. The greatest challenge Indra faces occurs when the market is very busy, and she has to figure out how to manage time between work and family. There is always something new to learn, which keeps her on her toes!
Her goals for 2020 are to improve and perfect her knowledge in real estate- she hopes to learn each and every single detail about the profession! She’s very blessed to be working alongside a dynamic team of professionals who have ranked in the top 1% of Realtors® registered with the Toronto Real Estate Board since 2016 (that’s top 1% of 53,000 members aka “agents”). She’s thankful to Nina for being a wonderful teacher, person and friend, and is so grateful to have such an amazing mentor who has been beside her every step of the way!
About Liz Silva Flores, Sales Representative
With eight years in the real estate profession, Liz Silva is a qualified Realtor®and a valuable member of the AskNina team. She thrives while working in a challenging and versatile environment, which made the real estate profession the perfect place for her. She finds satisfaction in knowing she has helped people in major times in their lives and acknowledges that she sometimes takes on the role of counsellor, life coach and mentor with her clients.
One of her greatest rewards is seeing the look on her clients’ faces when they accomplish one of the biggest goals in their life- becoming a homeowner. And although working independently can sometimes be a challenge, she finds that a good attitude and a solid work ethic have allowed her to grow in the real estate field, as well as in her personal life.
Her current goal is to continue expanding her client base by building on personal relationships. She’s committed to working alongside the AskNina team to implement strategies and provide exceptional service to past, existing and future clients. She finds it incredibly rewarding to work alongside a great mentor and strong team of professionals that continuously provides support every step of the way.
