1. Downtown Brampton
Downtown Brampton is a wonderful place to call home. It’s a lively area filled with lots of restaurants, shopping and activities, with lots to do for individuals, couples and families! 2. Port Credit, Mississauga
Situated in Mississauga, Port Credit is a lovely neighbourhood beside the Credit River. It’s a picturesque community that’s known as one of Mississauga’s top cultural, entertainment and culinary districts. It’s a vibrant neighbourhood, constantly hosting award-winning festivals and events. It has one of Canada’s most notable main streets, lined with boutiques, cafes and restaurants. And don’t forget their beautiful waterfront parks and restaurants!
3. Peel Village, Brampton
Another great neighbourhood in Brampton is Peel Village. Home to Peel and Brampton golf courses, it’s a beautiful community just south of the Brampton core. You’ll find tree-lined streets, gorgeous gardens, lots of privacy and beautiful detached homes. If you love the idea of living in a private, homey area, Peel Village could be the perfect place for you. Although it’s a quiet neighbourhood, it’s also close to shopping and entertainment!
4. The Kingsway
The Kingsway is a highly sought after neighbourhood located just west of Toronto (we still call it Etobicoke around here). It’s an affluent area, with large, beautiful homes, winding streets, gorgeous mature trees, and proximity to restaurants, shopping and cafes. It’s a family-friendly neighbourhood with a number of schools, parks and the Humber River Recreational Trail for a walk, bike or cycle! On top of all these wonderful neighbourhood benefits, the Bloor subway line runs through it, making it easy to travel in and out of the Kingsway.
Sunnlyea is a wonderful neighbourhood to live in, especially if you have kids. It’s an easily walkable area, close to local amenities, excellent schools, parks, and cycling and running trails through High Park and down to Lake Ontario. It’s home to Mimico Creek& Trail, which winds through the centre of the neighbourhood, giving it a dose of country charm, along with the beautiful tree-lined streets. In Sunnlyea, you get the tight-knit feel of community with the vibrancy of city life!
